How long can I rent an item, and does the price change for multiple days?
You can rent items for just one day or extend the fun over several days! Prices adjust based on the rental length—but here's the good news: rent for two days or more and get 25% off your total rental cost. More time, more fun, more savings!
Can I extend my rental period after making a reservation?
Yes, you can extend your rental period based on availability. Additional fees may apply, and we recommend calling us as soon as possible to make arrangements.
How do I cancel a reservation?
To cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Is there a cancellation fee?
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date incur a $20 fee.
What happens if the rented item is damaged during my rental period?
If an item is damaged while in your possession, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs depending on the extent of the damage.
