1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order through our Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

We provide party rental equipment for delivery within the Las Vegas, NV area only. All rentals are subject to availability.

Full payment is due at the time of reservation via our WooCommerce checkout. We accept all major credit cards processed by Stripe.

• Standard rental is one calendar day.

• Multi-day rentals receive a 25% discount when you rent two or more consecutive days.

• To extend a rental, contact us promptly; additional fees may apply based on availability.

We do not install equipment in parks or public spaces due to local regulations and power restrictions.

• Cancel more than 48 hours before your rental date for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $20 fee.

• Customers are responsible for repair or replacement costs for any equipment damaged during the rental period.

• We recommend appropriate adult supervision and adherence to safety guidelines; failure to follow instructions may void liability protections.

By renting, you agree to hold Lolo’s Party Rentals harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from rental use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
